I started the exercise class in July 2024.

The classes work really well for me as I can do them from home.  The physiotherapist makes the classes fun and its a lovely atmosphere within the group. You are encouraged to exercise at your own pace and exercises are tailored to what you can do on any given day. I find that I feel better at the end of each class and have more confidence, I then work the exercises into my daily routine. I would recommend the classes to help you feel positive and keep moving."

After my husbands stroke last year we by chance found Taher at NeuroAbility and have been very impressed with his determination & sincerity to getting him both physically and mentally better. Even when my husband’s motivation has been at a low ebb, Taher comes along and re-energises him with positivity. Taher is genuinely interested in the wellbeing of the patient. It is not ‘just a job’ ticking boxes. He focuses on the individual’s physical needs and moods on every visit. He doesn’t just hand out generic exercises on a sheet, it is always based on a personal plan. We would recommend him to anybody without question.

Fantastic service from Taher. He has worked tirelessly with my dad and within 3 weeks of discharge from the hospital with a hoist, my dad has taken his first steps. My dad suffered a severe stroke and we were told by the hospital that he may never walk. The improvement in 3 weeks is nothing short of remarkable. Highly recommended.

I’ve been struggling with a persistent rotator cuff injury for over a year, and my experience with Taher has been nothing short of remarkable. He provided me with a tailored exercise regime that has significantly improved my condition. The exercises he prescribed have made a noticeable difference. I finally feel progress after months of frustration. If you’re seeking top-notch physiotherapy, look no further than Taher. I highly recommend their services!

Taher and a member of his team have run classes for the young working age, age18-60 stroke group I run - Market Harborough Different Strokes. The members absolutely love his classes. He is friendly and puts members at ease, and always adapts exercises for those who cant do the originals. Highly recommend!

I can’t thank NeuroAbility enough for achieving in a few hours what the NHS failed to deliver for my mum in 10 weeks. Highly professional and experienced with a logical and thorough plan to improve my mum’s mobility following a stroke. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending their service.

I visited Taher and he was so welcoming and educative. He explained everything to me as a professional and in a way that I, a non medical person could understand perfectly. Showed me a couple of exercises that I can do on a daily to help relieve my stiff nerves. I am glad to have come to him and look forward to the positive changes.

Taher has helped my dad immensely through his weekly physio and exercise classes. My dad has severe mobility issues due to his stroke and other health issues. Taher's daily home exercise advice has helped him a lot and encouraged him to get more mobile. Thank you Taher.

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) affects every part of my life including socialising and driving.  Everybody’s MS is different and affects people in different ways. My advice to others with MS would be to focus on what you CAN do rather than what you CANNOT do! Make sure you are included in all decisions and conversations about you and make sure they are relevant to your unique situation.

I have been successfully doing the exercises that Taher has given me to complete during his home visits. The exercises keep my legs and ankles supple and help to keep the swelling down.

Finally, don’t be impatient and take each day as it comes!

Taher has been incredible; helping our daughter who lives with muscular dystrophy. He's helped us with referrals for splints and is writing a plan for her school. He has a perfect way with children and my daughter looks forward to his sessions. I am so grateful for his help in keeping our daughter mobile.

Kirsten has been nothing short of amazing with mum. Mum was very fearful and nervous about trying to move or stand after breaking her hip and having surgery.  But Kirsten gained Mum’s trust very quickly and tailored the exercises each week to match Mum’s confidence and energy levels, using music to inject fun and joy into the sessions. Kirsten has gone above and beyond what I had expected a physiotherapist to do; she really cares for the person as a whole. I never thought I would see mum smile during an exercise session! My only regret is that we didn’t find Kirsten BEFORE mum’s fall.
