Different Strokes is offering a bursary fund to help stroke survivors access part funded private neurological rehabilitation.

NeuroAbility is proud to be working in partnership with Different Strokes to support people who are no longer receiving NHS rehabilitation but would benefit from continued physiotherapy.

Who can apply?

​

To be eligible for funding, you must:

• Be aged between 18 and 65
• Be at least three months post stroke
• Not currently be receiving NHS or private physiotherapy
• Be able to make a contribution towards the cost of treatment
• Live within our Leicestershire home visit area if you require appointments at home

How do I apply?

If you meet the eligibility criteria and feel you could benefit from the bursary fund, we encourage you to apply.
