Nick North
Nick has over 20 years experience in the field of Health and Wellbeing. Working as a Massage therapist, Yoga/Pilates teacher and Personal trainer. In that time he has treated, taught and trained 1000's of people from all walks of life.
In the early 2000’s Nick began practising Yoga and Pilates and immediately realised he had found his true passion.
Having experienced the transformative effects for himself. he decided that he wanted to share them with others. That’s when his teaching journey began. Subsequently he went on to gain advanced levels of certification in both Yoga and Pilates, and now has 2 decades of teaching experience under his belt.
At the heart of what Nick does, Is the desire to help others. The most rewarding part of his work is watching people’s practice develop and their confidence grow.
Away from work he loves spending time with family. Whenever he gets the chance for a breath of fresh air. he heads off hiking or running in the great outdoors. Favourite destination being the Lake District.
