Aastha Shah

Aastha is an HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with nearly seven years of clinical experience. She completed her undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy in India before earning a Master’s in Advanced Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University.

With a strong background in both musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapy, Aastha has worked across a range of clinical settings, supporting individuals with diverse and complex needs. She also has specialist skills in hydrotherapy, using water-based exercise to aid rehabilitation following injury and to support clients with neurological and orthopaedic conditions.

Aastha holds additional qualifications in peripheral joint steroid injection therapy and acupuncture, allowing her to take a holistic and tailored approach to each client’s recovery. She is passionate about combining evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning, and patient-centred care to help every individual achieve their best possible outcome.
