Fatema oversees the company’s financial operations, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. With a focus on financial integrity, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth, she plays a key role in ensuring the organisation is built on strong financial foundations.

Fatema completed her Bachelor of Commerce in Dubai before qualifying as an ACCA-accredited accountant. She has since built over a decade of experience in the UK, specialising in accounts preparation and audit across a diverse range of sectors, including charities, solicitors’ practices, and commercial businesses.

Known for building strong, lasting client relationships, Fatema is passionate about delivering high-quality, practical financial solutions tailored to each organisation’s needs.

Outside of work, she enjoys walking, hiking, and spending quality time with her family.
